The IXth Edition of the Humanitarian Gala – WE BELIEVE IN YOU – ONLINE
It is nine years since AUAN – the Alexandra Nanu Humanitarian Association – has been activating. The association was founded to Alexandra and Ioan Nanu’s ( her father ) memory since 2015. The annual AUAN projects support children and youths aged 6 to 19 in their education .
The annual AUAN pro- ject for 2020 – 2021 comprises:
– monthly scholarships for 21 beneficiaries;
– Chritmas presents in 2020 and Easter presents in 2021 for 32 beneficiaries;
– covering dentistry and ophtalmology consultation fees for AUAN beneficiaries, on request;
– sponsoring educational activities on demand;
– financial supplement – 500 lei – for 8th grade graduates and 1.500 lei for highschool graduates;
– asssigning the donations from AUAN members and supporters in terms of necessity
SCHOLARSHIP I : 350/375/400 lei / month for 18 beneficiaries with averagees 9 to 10.
SCHOLARSHIP II : 250/275/300 lei / month for 3 beneficiaries with averages 8 to 9.
The two types of scholarship are differentiated according to the teaching cycle.

In order to achieve all the items included in the AUAN project the association develops the campaign WE BELIEVE IN YOU, which is rounded up by the Humanitarian Gala with the same name, organized together with The International Youth Organization BECOME.
The 9th ediion of the Humanitarian Gala WE BELIEVE IN YOU will take place at 6 pm, December 18th, 2020, and can be watched ONLINE LIVE on the AUAN site : www.alexandrananu.ro (first page) and on Facebook: https: //www.facebook.com/auan.ro
The performance was organised and given by the popular and beloved artist RADU NECHIFOR and his group Dreamcatchers. Their determination to maintain the tradition of this show has been a very pleasant surprise, too.
